This blog is born out of a decade or two of wanting to live a healthier and more grounded life. My mother was the first one to teach me to always read labels when buying clothes, to avoid plastic garments made of polyester, and opt for natural materials such as cotton and linen. My deep love for flowers and gardening is also going to be shown here.
